History

A Latin Church territory in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, the Diocese de Campo Limpo (Latin: Dioecesis Campi Limpidi) stands as a suffragan of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of São Paulo. Pope John Paul II erected it on 15 March 1989 through the apostolic constitution Com o Beneplácito de Deus.
