Latin-rite diocese covering the Ariari region of the Meta department, Colombia, seated at Granada and suffragan of the Archdiocese of Villavicencio. Established on 16 January 1964 as the Apostolic Prefecture of Ariari from the Apostolic Vicariate of Villavicencio, it became an apostolic vicariate on 3 October 1987 and was elevated to a diocese on 29 October 1999. Its seat is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Carmen in Granada.

The city of Granada is the seat of this Colombian diocese (Latin: Granadiensis in Columbia), which belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Villavicencio.
