The Archdiocese of Barcelona is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese in Catalonia, Spain, with roots in the 4th century. It was elevated to an archdiocese in 1964 and became metropolitan in 2004, with suffragans Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Terrassa.
