The Diocese of Gweru is a Latin suffragan diocese in central Zimbabwe, erected as a diocese in 1955 from the earlier vicariate of Fort Victoria. Its cathedral is St. Theresa's in Gweru, and it is led by Bishop Rudolf Nyandoro.

Centered on the city of Gweru in Zimbabwe, the Diocese of Gweru (Latin: Gueruen(sis)) is a Latin Catholic suffragan diocese within the ecclesiastical province of Bulawayo.
