The see has been vacant since Bishop Paskalis Bruno Syukur, O.F.M., resigned on January 19, 2026, with Bishop Christophorus Tri Harsono serving as apostolic administrator.

Within the Indonesian ecclesiastical province of Jakarta, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bogor (Latin: Bogoren(sis)) is seated in the city of Bogor.
