The Diocese of Oyo is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in Oyo State, Nigeria, in the ecclesiastical province of Ibadan. It was erected as an apostolic prefecture in 1949 and promoted to a diocese in 1963.

A Latin suffragan see within Nigeria's ecclesiastical province of Ibadan, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Oyo (Latin: Oyoën(sis)) remains dependent on the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
