The Diocese of Iba is a Latin Church diocese covering the province of Zambales and the City of Olongapo in the Philippines. Established as a territorial prelature in 1955 and elevated to a diocese in 1982, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of San Fernando.

The province of Zambales and the City of Olongapo together make up the territory of the Diocese of Iba (Latin: Dioecesis Ibanae), a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church in the Philippines.
