The Diocese of Fajardo-Humacao is a Latin Catholic diocese covering the eastern and northeastern part of Puerto Rico, including the islands of Vieques and Culebra. Canonically erected in 2008, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of San Juan de Puerto Rico.

History
The eastern and northeastern reaches of the island of Puerto Rico form the territory of the Diocese of Fajardo-Humacao (Latin: Dioecesis Faiardensis-Humacaensis), a diocese of the Catholic Church. Cathedral Santiago Apóstol in Fajardo serves as its mother church, and Luis Miranda Rivera is the current bishop.
