The Diocese of Ciudad Altamirano is a Latin Church diocese in Guerrero, Mexico, a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Acapulco, erected on 27 October 1964. The see has been vacant since Bishop Joel Ocampo Gorostieta was transferred to Zamora in November 2025, with Fr. Oton Carranza Lorenzo serving as Diocesan Administrator.
