The Diocese of Matamoros-Reynosa is a Latin Church diocese in northeastern Tamaulipas, Mexico, along the Texas border, established on 16 February 1958. It was renamed to include Reynosa in July 2024 and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Monterrey.
