The Archdiocese of Cebu, erected as a diocese in 1595 and elevated to an archdiocese in 1934, is one of the oldest and largest sees in the Philippines. Its suffragans are Dumaguete, Maasin, Tagbilaran, and Talibon, and Archbishop Alberto Uy was installed on September 30, 2025.
