The Archdiocese of Braga is a metropolitan Latin Church see in northern Portugal, one of the oldest in the country with roots in the 4th century and metropolitan status from 1071. Its current archbishop, who holds the title Primate of the Spains, is José Manuel Garcia Cordeiro, appointed in 2021.
