Pope Leo XIV bestows honors on 21

Pope Leo XIV granted honors to 21 members of the clergy, religious, and laity during a ceremony at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on September 12.

Archbishop William E. Lori presented the papal honors to the recipients from the Archdiocese of Baltimore during morning prayer. The ceremony took place amidst applause from friends and family.
