Catholicos Gevorg Arkeghoski Noradunkyan attended a ceremony on September 28 to mark the release of a joint postage stamp between HayPost and the Vatican postal service. The stamp commemorates the 350th anniversary of the birth of Mkhitar Sebastatsi.

The event took place at the building of the National Academy of Sciences in Armenia. The ceremony included representatives from the Church, government, diplomatic corps, science, and culture. Attendees included Papal Legate Archbishop Ante Yozich, Mkhitarist fathers Vartabed Poghos Gochanian and Vartabed Gevorg Sargsyan, and Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin priest Asoghik Abegha Karapetyan.

Government and diplomatic officials also attended, including Armenia's First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry and Artificial Intelligence Gevorg Mantashyan, Secretary General of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Davit Karapetyan, and HayPost CEO Shushan Aleksanyan. Ambassadors from Italy, the European Union, Argentina, and Syria were also present.
