5ª aparição de Nossa Senhora de Fátima será celebrada neste domingo

The Sanctuary of Fatima in Erechim will celebrate the 5th apparition of Our Lady of Fatima this Sunday, September 13. This event is part of a monthly series of preparations for the 75th Diocesan Pilgrimage, which is scheduled for October 11.

The Sunday schedule includes missas at 8h and 10h. At 18h, there will be the prayer of the Rosary and a blessing with the Santíssimo Sacramento. A missa at 18h30 will feature the Coral Nossa Senhora de Fátima and the traditional queima de pedidos.

The 2026 pilgrimage uses the theme “Fátima: um apelo de paz!” and the motto “Felizes os que promovem a paz!”. The sanctuary is currently displaying symbols and identity markers to prepare pilgrims for the upcoming October event.
