Arquidiocese de Curitiba to hold funeral celebrations for Dom Pedro Fedalto

The Archdiocese of Curitiba has announced the funeral schedule for Archbishop Emeritus Dom Pedro Fedalto, who died on Saturday, September 26. All services will take place at the Catedral Basílica Menor de Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais in central Curitiba.

On Sunday, September 27, various pastoral sectors will gather for prayer and farewell services. A 10h celebration will be led by Dom Reginei Modolo and Dom Celso Antonio Marchiori, featuring participation from the Centro and Mercês sectors. Subsequent services for other sectors will occur at 12h, 14h, 16h, 18h, 20h, and 22h.

A memorial Mass for the soul of Dom Pedro Fedalto is scheduled for 10h on Monday, September 28, at the Curitiba Cathedral. The burial will follow the Mass in the cathedral crypt. The Archdiocese will also hold a press conference at 9h on Monday at the Catedral Basílica Menor de Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais.
