A Győri Nagyboldogasszony-székesegyház felszentelésének ünnepe az egyházmegye papságával

Priests and faithful gathered on September 14 to celebrate the feast of the consecration of the Győri Nagyboldogasszony-székesegyház.

Lajos Pápai served as the main celebrant and preacher. Pápai described the cathedral as the heart of the diocese because it houses the bishop's chair. He noted that the consecration of the cathedral is celebrated throughout the Church, similar to how the Lateran Papal Basilica serves as the cathedral for the Pope as Bishop of Rome.

Pápai referenced the story of the prophet Ezekiel, noting that the temple was a sign of God's presence.
