À l'hôpital Gemelli, les fidèles encouragent le Pape: «Nous sommes avec toi»

Pope Leo XIV arrived at the Gemelli Polyclinic at 1:07 p.m. for surgery to remove a localized lung nodule. A crowd gathered at the hospital early in the morning to show support and wish the pope a quick recovery.

As the pope arrived, people greeted him with applause, shouts, and expressions of affection. Elena Beccalli, the rector of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, said that the faithful are accompanying him through prayer.
