Abp Wojciech Polak celebrates Mass for 800th anniversary of relic

Archbishop Wojciech Polak celebrated Mass in Strzelno on September 14 to mark the 800th anniversary of the arrival of a relic of the Holy Cross Tree at the Norbertine sisters' monastery.

During his homily, Archbishop Polak described the cross as a sign of the victory of love rather than a sign of shame. He spoke about the meaning of redemption and how the mystery of the cross remains relevant to people today.
