Açores: Bispo de Angra rejeita «isolamento» e apela à solidariedade entre ilhas

Bishop Armando Esteves Domingues called for solidarity between the islands of the Azores during a Mass celebrating 50 years of regional autonomy. Speaking at the thanksgiving Eucharist on September 5, 2026, the Bishop of Angra argued that autonomy cannot be built through the isolation of people.
