Appointments – October 22, 2026

Archbishop Bernard Hebda has appointed two new assignments within the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, effective October 2, 2026.

Deacon Steven Moses will serve as a permanent deacon at the Church of Saint John Neumann in Eagan. Deacon Moses returns to ministry following a period of residence outside the archdiocese.

Reverend Francis Ta, CRM, has been assigned as the sacramental minister for DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis. He will maintain his current role as parochial vicar at the Church of Saint Anne-Saint Joseph Hien in Minneapolis.
