Archbishop Lori announces latest appointments, including an administrator in Towson

Archbishop William E. Lori has announced several new appointments within the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Monsignor Jay O’Connor will serve as the administrator for Immaculate Conception Parish in Towson while maintaining his role as the episcopal vicar for the Eastern Vicariate. This change took effect July 1.

Other changes include Rev. Donald Grzymski, O.F.M. Conv., who began serving as the associate vicar for the Eastern Vicariate on Sept. 1. Additionally, Deacon Steven Roscher moved from his ministry at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Pikesville, St. Gabriel Parish in Woodlawn, and the ministry to retired deacons to a new role in ministry outside the Archdiocese of Baltimore, effective Sept. 1.
