Archbishop Marcianò delivers report at 2026 Interdiocesan Pastoral Assembly

Archbishop Santo Marcianò delivered a report titled "L’ha amata" to the 2026 Interdiocesan Pastoral Assembly on Friday, October 9, 2026. The report served as the opening for a three-day event centered on reflection, sharing, and prayer.

During his address, Marcianò stated that his words were shaped by listening to the Word of God and the experiences shared by priests and pastoral communities he has visited. He encouraged participants to use the first day for personal reflection based on his Pastoral Letter.

The assembly scheduled a second day of sharing through group discussions. Marcianò noted that these sessions would use questions from the Pastoral Letter to encourage mutual listening and synodal dialogue rather than the mere expression of personal opinions.
