Archbishop Mario Cargnello preaches on peace

Archbishop Mario Cargnello of Salta spoke about the need for peace during a homily for the 2026 Pacto de Fidelidad. Addressing the faithful, the archbishop noted that people experience division within themselves, among families, in towns, and throughout the world.

Cargnello stated that receiving peace requires knowing God and Jesus Christ more deeply. He described the Pacto de Fidelidad as a way for the people of Salta and its pilgrims to grow in their relationship and trust in God through a period of preparation and prayer.
