Archbishop Sheen’s epic meatloaf — and its surprising ‘appley’ ingredient!

A meatloaf recipe used by the late Archbishop Fulton Sheen was recently shared by his museum on Facebook. The recipe was originally introduced to the public during a 1970s radio interview on The Mike Douglas Show.

Sarah Robsdottir noted that the recipe includes a surprising apple ingredient. Sheen, a prominent television evangelist and bishop, will be beatified on September 24.
