Archbishop Sherrington urges action on Terminally Ill Adults Bill

Archbishop John Sherrington is calling on Catholics in England and Wales to contact their MPs to oppose the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill. The Archbishop of Liverpool issued the request ahead of the bill's second reading and vote on Friday, 11 September.

As the lead bishop for life issues for the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales, Sherrington described the proposed legislation as deeply flawed.
