Archidiócesis de Burgos holds first gala of “Piedras Vivas”

The Archdiocese of Burgos held the first gala for the Piedras Vivas project at the Burgos Cathedral. Organized under the Cabildo Metropolitano de Burgos, the event brought together local businesses, non-profit associations, and potential supporters.

The project has 100 participants acting as ambassadors for the cathedral. During the gala, organizers presented work in the areas of charity for vulnerable people, missions to promote evangelization, and the conservation or restoration of religious heritage. These projects take place in Burgos, the province, and on other continents.

Félix José Castro Lara, dean-president of the Cabildo, thanked the 100 participants for joining the project. Jaime Prado, the director of development and strategy for the Burgos Cathedral and the person responsible for the Piedras Vivas patronage and aid project, conducted the gala.
