Avila University Arizona launches second year

Avila University Arizona welcomed its second class of students in Goodyear earlier this week. The Missouri-based Catholic university began its second fall semester on August 31.

The campus serves as the newest Catholic university in the Diocese of Phoenix. Students at the West Valley location can earn undergraduate degrees or graduate-level degrees in technology management and business management. The university first opened its Arizona campus in August 2025.
