Bishop Bibi Calls Mater Christi Parishioners to Authentic Christian Living

Bishop Michael Bibi of the Diocese of Buea visited Mater Christi Parish in Limbe on Sunday, September 27, 2026, to pray with the community and administer the Sacrament of Confirmation to 75 people. During the visit, the bishop also blessed a new parish borehole intended to serve the local community.

In his reflection, Bishop Bibi urged parishioners to live with sincerity and avoid hypocrisy. Drawing from the Gospel of Matthew, he cautioned against focusing on outward appearances rather than true faith. He encouraged the faithful to examine their consciences and respond to God's call through genuine obedience and commitment.
