Bishop D. António Luciano inaugurates new Cáritas Diocesana creche

Bishop D. António Luciano inaugurated and blessed the new Cáritas Diocesana daycare center at the Socio-Pastoral Center in Viseu on September 4, 2026. The project was funded through an autonomous investment to increase the number of available spaces for children.

The institution created the new facilities to address the shortage of childcare vacancies in the area. During the event, Bishop Luciano praised the completion of the social and educational project.
