Bishop Fernando García Cadiñanos presides over a Eucharist in Guitiriz

Bishop Fernando García Cadiñanos presided over a Mass of reparation at the Santa María church in Guitiriz on Tuesday, September 29. The liturgy followed the profanation of the church's tabernacle.

The celebration brought together members of the Guitiriz and Begonte pastoral unit, as well as people from Lugo and Ferrol. Members of the Adoración Nocturna groups from Mondoñedo, Ferrol, Ribadeo, and Lugo attended with their section banners, which they raised during the consecration. Other priests in attendance included Ángel Vigo and José Bello.

During his homily, Bishop García Cadiñanos encouraged the congregation to rediscover the Eucharist as the center of Church life and a source of communion with the Lord and the Christian community.
