Bishop Gualtiero delivers homily

Bishop Gualtiero delivered a homily in Todi during the celebration of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

During the liturgy, the bishop spoke about the beauty of the Virgin of Nazareth. He noted that her birth brought light to the world and referenced the biblical description of a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. He explained that the liturgy interprets this portrait of the Church as a figure of Mary.
