Bishop Josep-Lluís Serrano receives XIX Conference of Presidents of Small European States

Bishop Josep-Lluís Serrano, the Bishop of Urgell and Co-Prince of Andorra, welcomed participants of the XIX annual Conference of Presidents of the Small European States to the episcopal palace on September 14. The conference is being hosted in Andorra by the Consell General del Principat.

Accompanied by Carles Ensenyat, the Bishop met with delegations led by their presidents or vice-presidents to offer words of welcome and thanks. The visiting representatives included Manfred Kaufmann, Thomas Brezzo, Annita Demetriou, Thorunn Sveinbjarnardottir, Michele Muratori, Andrea Menicucci, Nikoll Camaj, and Mars Di Bartolomeo. The event was also attended by Xavier Espot, Frédéric Rose, Eduard Ibáñez, Conxita García, and Robert Mauri.
