Bishop Nazzareno Marconi holds press conference

Bishop Nazzareno Marconi held a press conference to announce the reopening of the San Francesco church in Tolentino. The event at the Palazzo Comunale included Mayor Mauro Sclavi, Giacomo Alimenti, the director of the Diocese of Macerata earthquake coordination office, and priests Ariel Veloz and Gianni Compagnucci.

The church is scheduled to reopen for worship and parish activities on Thursday, September 17, at 17:00 with a Mass led by Bishop Marconi.

A presentation regarding the restoration work will take place on Sunday, September 20, at 17:00. During this meeting, professionals involved in the recovery will present reports on the project.
