Bishop of Pavia presides over Mass of reparation after cemetery desecration

Bishop Corrado Sanguineti presided over a Mass of reparation on Friday afternoon, September 4, at the chapel of the Main Cemetery in Pavia. The service followed recent acts of desecration and theft at the cemetery.

During his homily, Sanguineti stated that the community gathered out of a spiritual need to offer prayers alongside the sacrifice of Christ. He also asked the faithful to pray for those responsible for the desecration.
