Böcskei László blesses renovated Nagyvárad-Olaszi church

Bishop László Böcskei blessed the renovated Nagyvárad-Olaszi church during a festive Mass on September 19. The ceremony celebrated the completion of exterior renovations on the building, which serves the local community.

The Országos Befektetési Vállalat funded the exterior work. The Nagyvárad-Olaszi parish dates back to the 18th century. A Baroque church built in the 1740s originally stood on the site before becoming the parish church.

Virgil Bercea attended the blessing. Attila Cseke also participated in the celebration.
