Bishop Artur Ważny encouraged priests of the Diocese of Sosnowiec to remain faithful and hopeful during a pilgrimage to the sanctuary of św. Rafała Kalinowskiego in Czerna on September 19, 2026.

During the Eucharist, the bishop addressed challenges such as exhaustion, loneliness, criticism, and the feeling of being judged by others in daily life. He expressed gratitude to the priests for their perseverance in their parishes, confessionals, and schools despite these difficulties.

Bishop Ważny told the priests to return to their parishes with their heads held high, noting that their continued service serves as evidence that the Church remains alive.
