Cardinal José Tolentino De Mendonça opens symposium on education and AI in Portugal

Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça opened a two day symposium in Fátima, Portugal, titled "Education and the School in Portugal." Participating online, the prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education shared reflections on artificial intelligence, critical thinking, interior life, and the educational relationship.

The event brings together more than 400 educators to create educational maps intended to promote humanization.
