Cáritas Arquidiocesana inicia campaña de solidaridad para apoyar a familias afectadas por el sismo en Panamá

Archdiocesan Caritas is launching the Solidarity Campaign for Panama to assist families affected by recent earthquakes in several regions of the country's interior. The Archdiocese of Panama will operate four collection centers from Monday, October 12, through Friday, October 16, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The collection centers are located at the Arzobispado de Panamá in Calle Primera Sur Carrasquilla, the Gimnasio de la Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA), the Parroquia Inmaculada Concepción in La Chorrera, and the Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Juan Díaz.

Donors can provide water, non-perishable food, first aid supplies, personal hygiene products for adults and children, and pet food. The Archdiocese stated it will not accept clothing to better organize the response to identified needs. Financial contributions can be made to the Pastoral Social Cáritas Solidaridad savings account at Banco General, account number 04-72-98-250856-8.
