Caritas DB visits children in Mokošica

Caritas workers and volunteers from the Diocese of Dubrovnik visited the Sunce group at the Mokošica kindergarten on Tuesday, September 29. The visit occurred during the Bishop's Caritas Week and included children between the ages of 4 and 6 who participated in the "Save the Kuna from Ruin – Give it for 1000 Joys" campaign.

Marija Đurović and Šima Zdraulić met with the children in person, while social worker Sister Ana Dujić joined via video call. Sister Ana introduced the children to the life and work of Blessed Marija Propetog Isusa Petković, the patroness of the diocesan Caritas. The group discussed small acts of kindness that children can perform in their daily lives.

As part of the visit, the children received small TAU signs containing a "task of goodness" and helped create specific tasks to complete. The children also learned about the Caritas library, which offers religious books tailored to their age group.
