Caritas Huế: Thiếu nhi Giáo xứ Sơn Thủy chung tay bảo vệ môi trường

Caritas Huế held a media session for 140 children at Sơn Thủy Parish on Sunday, September 20, 2026, to teach them how to protect the environment. The meeting encouraged the children to make specific commitments to care for their living surroundings.

Parish priest Father Giuse Trần Anh Dũng, CSC, led the opening blessing and urged the children to live out the spirit of the Laudato Si’ message from Pope Francis. He told the children that small, practical actions taken today serve as the best preparation for their own futures.

During the session, the children participated in energetic activities and a theoretical lesson involving interactive questions. They also watched a report on recent landslides in Nepal to help them understand how climate change affects mountainous regions similar to their own.
