Pope Levon XIV told bishops in Latin America and the Caribbean to stay close to their people, listen to them, and serve the Church's mission with faithfulness. In a letter marking the 300th anniversary of the canonization of Saint Toribius of Mogrovejo, the Pope used the saint's ministry as a model for leadership.

The Pope emphasized the importance of prayer, spiritual life, and Church unity. He also called for clear teaching and paternal care for priests. Levon XIV invited the Church to follow the witness of the saints.
