Родини зниклих безвісти захисників здійснили паломництво до Унева та Глинян

Families of missing Ukrainian defenders participated in a pilgrimage to the Univ Lavra and the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Hlyniany on September 19. The trip was organized by the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church spiritual support centers, Center of Hope and Space of Hope, to provide prayer and spiritual support for the participants.

The pilgrimage began with a Divine Liturgy for the missing defenders, where participants received confession and Holy Communion. During the sermon, Father Maryan spoke about finding strength, hope, and love through trust in God. While visiting the Univ Lavra, a monk led an excursion explaining the history and spiritual significance of the monastery and the challenges faced by the monks and the Ukrainian Church over the centuries. The group prayed on the monastic mountain for defenders who died for the country's freedom and honored the memory of monks buried on the grounds.

In Hlyniany, the group visited the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church to pray before a miraculous crucifix of Jesus Christ. A local priest shared the history of the shrine before the participants attended a Moleben prayer service. Organizers thanked Father Maryan, Father Dmytro Onufryk, and Father Dmytro Televyak for their spiritual guidance, and acknowledged the Ternopil-Zboriv Archeparchy Curia for providing a blessing and financial support for the service.
