البطريرك الراعي يختتم إقامته الصيفية في الديمان

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros Rai left the summer patriarchal headquarters in Dimane on Thursday afternoon, October 1, 2026, marking the end of his summer stay in the Holy Valley. His residence included several months of pastoral, church, and national meetings and visits.

Patriarch Rai was seen off by Patriarchal Vicar Monsignor Tony El Achkar, Chancellor Monsignor Khalil Arab, staff members of the summer headquarters, and several media workers. Before departing, the Patriarch sent greetings to the residents of the patriarchal vicariate, including the people of Al-Jebbe, Bsharri, Ehden, and other local villages.

The Patriarch described the Holy Valley as a place where the Maronite identity is written on the rocks. He praised the local residents for their steadfastness in their land and their preservation of the region's spiritual and historical heritage.
