School in Gaza reopens

The Latin Patriarchate school in Gaza has reopened to 1,005 students after being closed for three years. The reopening follows support from the Latin Patriarchate to restore education to the community.

Father Gabriel Romanelli, the parish priest of the Holy Family Church in Gaza City, said the school serves as a symbol of hope for children whose childhoods have been affected by war. He expressed his desire for the school to become a place where the community can foster love, mutual respect, and healing.
