Лісівники трьох областей об’єдналися у молитві в Зарваниці

Forestry workers from the Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, and Chernivtsi regions gathered for a professional pilgrimage at the Zarvanytsia Marian Spiritual Center on September 19, 2026. Organized by the Podilskyi Forest Office of Ukrforest, the event marked the professional holiday of Forest Worker's Day.

Bishop Emeritus Vasyl Semeniuk led the Divine Liturgy, assisted by Father Ihor Zasibiida from the Small Basilica of the Mother of God of Zarvanytsia. During the service, Bishop Semeniuk emphasized the importance of communal prayer and professional pilgrimage, thanking the workers for their daily labor, service to people, and support for the spiritual center.

The pilgrims participated in the Sacraments of Penance and the Eucharist, attended a water blessing, and prayed the Panikhida for the deceased and the Stations of the Cross for the defenders of Ukraine. Participants also prayed for blessings for their families, work, colleagues, and the country. Attendees included Roman Svystun, deputy head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration; Vasyl Honchar, director of the Podilskyi Forest Office; and Oleksandr Lukomskyi, head of the South-Western Interregional Administration of Forestry and Hunting.
