St Francis of Assisi celebrates Year of St Francis

St Francis of Assisi in Kenilworth will host a flower festival from Saturday 12 to Saturday 19 September as part of the Year of St Francis. The event features floral arrangements based on The Canticle of the Creatures.

The St Nicholas Church Flower Guild is participating alongside parish schools and parish groups. A banner featuring doves and the phrase, Make me a channel of your peace, was made by the youth group and warm hub attendees. The church will be open to visitors from 1pm to 5pm each day.
