Dom Gregório Paixão issues new provisions

Archbishop Gregório Paixão, OSB, issued new provisions for several parochial vicars within the Archdiocese of Fortaleza on September 16, 2026.

According to the Archdiocesan Chancellery, Father Luiz de Gonzaga Furtado Neto received a provision as parochial vicar for the São Vicente de Paulo Parish in Fortaleza. Additionally, Frei Alessandro Rodrigues da Silva, OFMConv., was appointed as parochial vicar for the Santo Antônio de Pádua Parish in Maraponga.
