Church Action on Poverty Sunday, 18 October

Churches can register now to participate in Church Action on Poverty Sunday on October 18. The national ecumenical charity has already received registrations from more than 120 churches.

This year's theme is "Food, Faith and Fellowship." The charity provides online resource packs to help pastoral communities prepare for the day. These materials include worship resources, prayer cards, scriptural reflections, activity sheets, and ideas for bring and share lunches. The packs also feature stories about churches working to address food insecurity.

Church Action on Poverty is a national social justice charity that has supported churches for over 40 years. The organization coordinates programs to help churches tackle poverty across the United Kingdom.
