Father Witek Ziętarski, a youth minister for the Diocese of Toruń, warned against presenting evil as something attractive during Halloween celebrations. Speaking in light of recent reports of knife attacks in Polish schools, Ziętarski suggested that the values passed to children and adolescents require reflection.

The priest advised that Christian upbringing should focus on teaching selfless kindness, respect, and love rather than allowing play to glamorize harmful behaviors.
